Yellow Lighted Bookshop Sanctuary Talk: Peter Chappell, What if Reform Wins?

Peter Chappell, a journalist at the Times, takes us through what might happen if Reform wins the next election.

It's something that most of us don't want to think about - but it's possible. Chappell's book sets out a chilling but well researched scenario that takes us day-by-day, minute-by-minute through the post-election world. Reform has the opportunity to put their policies into practice, from deporting 600,000 people to leaving the ECHR, abandoning net zero and ending the BBC's license fee - how do we respond?

And how can we avoid it happening in the first place?

With DIY values at the core of this project, the due have self built a rig for their performances, combined instrument of electronics and objects, which constantly evolves with their work. The duo released their debut album April 2025 with Elektramusic Berlin in April 2025.
