We have lots of free parking at the back of our site. Disabled parking is found at the front of our site outside our Sanctuary space.

Please note our car park is locked at night.

Our site is all on one level with ramps to get into the building. Once inside our site is wheelchair friendly. If you do need any help getting around please do ask any members of staff.

We have a disabled toilet onsite.

Our disabled parking is at the front of the site next to the Sanctuary.

We are housed in a historic warehouse, therefore do not have central heating. We do have spot heaters around the site and cosy log burner in our dining space.

However, we do advise you to dress warm in the winter.

We love having children and families on site, we do ask that all children are supervised at all times as there are areas of unfenced water outside.

• We have a play area for under 5’s.

• We have free games for everyone; pool, table tennis, lego table and arcade machine.

• We have a baby change unit near Kids Stuff.

We welcome dogs on site, but do ask that you keep them on leads at all time.

We have a jar of dog treats at the drinks station.

Please do use our retreat room just outside the Home Remedy door. It is a private room with a window to the river. Perfect for taking 10 minutes to yourself. Flip the in use sign over when using and you will not be interupted.

We have a bike store at the back of our site for you to lock your bikes up when you come.

We are situated next to the canal path so perfect for a post cycle coffee stop off.
