School holidays at Brimscombe Mill
Fun activities for all
Brimscombe Mill is a hub of social enterprises, Kids Stuff, The Long Table, Bike Drop and The Home Remedy, all these businesses work together to serve and welcome our community especially in the school holidays when we host lots of exciting activities and events to keep all ages entertained.
From toddlers to teens there are activities for everyone. We love it when the kids are off school and families come and hang out at Brimscombe Mill and lots stay all day. Brimscombe Mill is a great base to explore the surrounding Stroud area, arriving in the morning at 10am for coffee, a croissant and the kids craft activity, by lunchtime children can enjoy a jacket potato and smoothies by the river outside. Then in the afternoon take a walk along the canal to explore the beautifully restored canal and all the nature that thrives in the valley.
We have a full timetable of activities this summer holiday for you and your family to enjoy.
"I am so grateful for Brimscombe Mill whenever it’s a holiday. My child has been poorly recently and there’s a limit to what we’ve been able to do and it’s great being able to come down here in all weathers."
