Contemporary Fiction - In Time

Ben Williams is a tough kid on an estate in Swindon, with a lot of social challenges. His older brother and his friends have been shoplifting for a few years, but they're now moving into burglary and trying to pull Ben along with them. When Ben finds out that the house they're planning to break into belongs to his running coach, he has 12 hours to stop it from happening alongside keeping his brother happy and saving face. Can he do all of this AND still break the country's under-15s' 400 metres record the next day?

Science Fiction - In Time

The year is 2184, and twelve-year-old Nova Seta is the youngest cadet ever posted to the orbital station Meridian. When a fault in the station's chrono-drive throws her escape pod through a rip in spacetime, Nova crash-lands on an Earth she doesn't recognise; one where the clocks run backwards and nobody remembers tomorrow. Nova must find a way to repair the drive before she runs out of time entirely.

Historical Fiction - In Time

But when a letter arrives saying he's missing in action, Vera decides she's not going to sit around waiting for news. Armed with a stolen train ticket, she cuts her hair short and dressed in her brother’s clothes, sets out to find him.
